Hi Alison, Costas, And Onion
We visited your fab resturant several times last may. We enjoyed your food and hospitality so much that we are comming back for two weeks in Aug/Sept.
My favourite was your cheese and tomato bake starter which you told me how to make. I have done this several times, and it's good, but not a patch on yours.
Looking foreward to trying all your other dishes again, and cake.See you all again soon.

I doubt if you will remember us, but we visited your fab resturant last may. We enjoyed your hospitality so much that we are comming back for two weeks in Aug/Sept to see you again and sample your lovely food and cake.I particually liked your cheese with tomato bake starter. (Yummy) you were kind enough to tell me how it was made. I have tried it several times and it's good but not as good as yours.
